Today is a huge
milestone for the Bachtel family. It has been 1 year today that Marcus was
brought home from the hospital. What a true blessing! Marcus has been on a
roller coaster these past few weeks. He does really good
then all of a sudden he gets real down and right now he is really down.
Running a pretty high fever and having to have a treatment every two to
three hours. So we are all very down and exhausted because nobody can tell
us why he is running a fever and very junky. Kevin and I just wish that for once
things could be simple for our family. We would not trade Marcus for
anything but it gets so exhausting taking care of him even though we have help
it still zaps all of your
energy out of you. He has been doing really good
with his therapy, he just keeps progressing. It is so awesome to see him
reach a milestone.
